我这次的房间我觉得非常好，这个价格很合适，房间很宽敞，视野也很好，隔音完全没问题，比我想象中好很多。前台服务也很好，行李托管也很好。真的很完美，边上还有个小商场我去吃了墨西哥美食很好吃，我下次还住这里。

酒店位置很方便，200米内就有地铁站和公交站。房间乾净整洁。比较bug的地方是因为房间有直饮水就不提供瓶装水了，也不提供水杯。离得不远的地方有一家killiney咖啡可以吃早饭

房间温馨紧凑，一早8点多到了酒店，前台小夥子特别热情，立马办理了入住。楼层环境好，我住的4层，泳池健身房都在这层。环境好，服务好，酒店不用转换插头，性价比特别赞得酒店，下次还住这里。

Stayed for 5days with my family. Good location. The train station is literally just outside the hotel. Clean hotel clean room. So glad they were able to provide crib for my baby. Front desk staff were amazing. Friendly and always smiling. The only issue was the restaurant staff. They honestly need more training in terms of customer service. One female staff on the 2nd day of breakfast kept asking my husband for the key card 3 times knowing that my husband already had his wallet ready to provide the card. Must you ask 3 times. 1st day breakfast experience, the male staff at the egg counter was not friendly at all. No smiles no good morning. 2nd day till the last day of breakfast it was a female staff at the breakfast counter who was so rude and seemed unhappy to be there. No good morning no smiles as though the world owes her money. You’re working in a customer service setting, this isnt how you should act. Attitude like that ruins the morning mood. Good job with the uncle at the laksa counter though. He was always smiling and always saying goodmorning. Always speaking with the people coming by. Floor staffs were alright. The uncle and aunty stationed on the laksa aisle were great. Overall the stay was great. Restaurant staff just need more training.

酒店出行很方便，位置离地铁??站很近。1，酒店客房服务有瑕疵。入住第二天回酒店，房间竟然没有打扫。给我的理由是，我出门太晚了，我中午13点不到出的门。2，客房服务员不更换拖鞋??的，入住三晚，没有更换过拖鞋。这个在国内任何酒店都没有遇到过。虽然，我自己带了一次性拖鞋，但是你们至少要及时更换。3，泳池找不到更衣室，难道一定要穿着浴袍去游泳的吗？4，提升的空间还很大，我年轻的时候在文华酒店工作了9年，也是被新加坡老板管了9年，现在国内酒店的服务，比新加坡好了不知道多少了！

晚上身上痒，房间床上发现一只大爬行虫子，拍视频保留赶紧拿纸捏死了，不会英语打电话酒店打电话投诉，只好在携程预订出打电话反应问题，来一位工作人员看视频和照片，説叫工作人员，陆续上来看情况，説给换间房，我们同意换房，收拾行李去给换的房子，进房间一股臭味扑鼻而来，同行闺蜜很困要睡觉又折回原来房间，工作人员説跟经理再请示看怎样解决，这期间我自己随身带的清凉油摸被咬处，奇痒，一会前台经理打电话説换楼上房间电梯走不了，要爬楼我们会不方便，这时已经2:50左右了，我説凑合睡吧明天起早赶飞机，经理説补偿两份早餐，我讲不需要，因为我们特意没定早餐是想出去找食物，楼下就是商场饭店，经理又説帮我们早晨叫车去机场，我车订过了我讲你们看看这处理吧，我们要休息了，我自己大腿处还一直痒红，随身带的清凉油不好用，折腾半夜没处理好，经理问我想有什麽补偿，我説折腾到半夜没法睡觉，第二晚我不会付款房费，就睡觉了，第二天离店前台结账，前台同样説辞，自己没权限个，我们着急去机场，不想理论，留下电话号码离开。生气的点有3个。21号晚上被咬发现虫子，工作人员有看视频，也有看腿上的红疙瘩，就説了抱歉，一晚都没有説拿个药膏让我抹一下，一直到22号离开新加坡，23号每天还都痒越挠越痒，到23号凌晨没接到任何处理的电话，本想着投诉到嘉里集团，但想着算了，但越挠越痒真的太难受了，忍不住吐槽一下，四星级酒店一万一千多块，竟然出现这样的事，处理的办法也太敷衍，歧视我们大陆游客，去哪玩不是玩以後不去了也住香格里拉旗下酒店了，因为当时挺吓人，视频拍的只有3秒赶紧拿纸巾捏死虫子了，投诉视频最少5秒，所以加起来合在一起了

酒店的位置很好，走出去10分钟就是乌节路地铁站，在酒店附近走走，看看街景也是一种享受，旁边的建筑都很有特色。酒店的房间不大，设施还行，靠窗是一个书桌，早上醒来一看窗外就是漂亮的泳池。虽然没有时间去泳池玩了，但是看看也是很享受的。酒店的早餐自助早餐也很不错，麪档的厨师大叔Kim Perry非常nice,每天早上都会吃两碗麪，尤其是叻撒特别鲜香美味。
